Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Learn, develop and maintain the Salesforce and Salesforce.com platform.
• Work closely with the Senior Development leads and help them with the development activities.
• Understand the working culture and gain the required domain knowledge.
• Gain the application knowledge to support administrating and developing new and existing application features.
• Provide day-to-day administration and support of Salesforce applications.
• Configure page layouts, Reporting Snapshots, Roles & Profiles, Permission Sets, Custom Permissions, FLS and Sharing Rules.
• Support the creation and maintenance of documentation on processes, policies, protocols, application configuration.

Required Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates with strong academics and with computer science background.
• Basic knowledge on Computer programming concepts like Oops, UI.
• Basic knowledge on any latest programming languages like Java, C#.
• Basic knowledge on User Interface concepts like HTML, Java script.
