Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of software engineering experience, with several years in engineering management / people leadership. Proven experience leading teams delivering scalable APIs, platforms, and full-stack applications. Strong understanding of system architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, scalability, and security. Hands-on experience with AI coding tools/agents such as Claude Code, Copilot-Codex. Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience partnering across Product, Test, DevOps, and Agile/Scrum teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
