Requirements

Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience Education & Experience 1+ years of professional software engineering experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred) Core Technical Skills Java & Backend Development: Strong experience with JAVA, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture Proficiency in code development using IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, or similar Java IDEs Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, TestNG) Understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and Java memory management Familiarity with reactive programming (Spring WebFlux, RxJava) is a plus Development Tools & Practices: Proficient with GIT/Stash for version control Experience with Maven or Gradle for dependency management and builds
