Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly available, scalable backend services and distributed systems.

• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices that are secure, performant, and reliable.

• Drive technical design discussions and influence architectural decisions across teams.

• Build resilient systems capable of handling large-scale traffic and data volumes.

• Develop solutions leveraging MongoDB, Kafka, Redis, and related backend technologies.

• Debug and resolve complex production issues across distributed environments.

• Improve system reliability, observability, performance, and operational excellence.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, SRE, and Security teams to deliver highquality solutions.

• Conduct code reviews and champion engineering best practices.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture.

• Participate in on-call rotations and drive root cause analysis for critical incidents.

• Contribute to technical roadmaps and long-term platform evolution.

What makes you qualified?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 5-7 years of hands-on software development experience.

• Strong programming skills in Java with deep understanding of core concepts, memory management, concurrency, and performance tuning.
