THE ROLE You will embed directly with Razorpay's enterprise and high-growth merchants — sitting with their engineering teams, owning technical deployments from first discovery through go-live, and making Razorpay the deepest platform in their stack. This is not a pre-sales role. It is not a support role. It is not solutions architecture. You write production code, you sit with the merchant's team to understand how their workflows actually break, and you own the outcome end-to-end. You will work across two tracks depending on the account: WHAT YOU WILL OWN - Run pre-sale technical discovery — scope integration complexity, assess agentic fit, and co-author the deployment plan that goes into the proposal - Sit with merchant engineering teams and own the full integration lifecycle from architecture to go-live - Design and build agent workflows on Agent Studio — tool bindings, MCP integrations, orchestration pipelines, evals, and human approval flows - Debug production issues across Razorpay systems, merchant systems, external tools, and model behaviour - Monitor deployed agents post-live — first responder during the 15–30 day hypercare period post go-live - Contribute deployment blueprints to the shared knowledge base every quarter — if it's not documented, it didn't happen - Feed structured product feedback to the respective PMs — field intelligence is half the job MUST HAVE - 3–10 years of hands-on software engineering — shipped production code and debugged it in live customer environments - Strong Python or Node.js; comfortable reading unfamiliar code and writing useful glue quickly - Direct experience working with external customers or merchant technical teams — can run a discovery call, manage expectations, and close ambiguity without hand-holding - Solid grounding in APIs, webhooks, auth, data pipelines, logs, and production systems - Practical experience with LLM/agentic frameworks — LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, MCP, or similar.
