Set the new standard -Be the living proof of AI-native design workflows. Build remarkable things, show them to the team.

Build the stack -Ship projects that progressively automate the design process — from discrete tools to full end-to-end automation.

Enable the org - Build AI workflows that 60 designers can run end-to-end — independently, without bottlenecks. Raise the floor.

Find the friction - Research where designers get stuck. Turn those observations into tools, agents, and systems.

Stay ahead -Maintain frontier knowledge of AI possibilities. Not as a hobby — as a core job function
