Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, marketing technology, growth tech, or related technical roles.

- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience building AI-powered products or systems in production.

- Strong experience with LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), prompt engineering, RAG, and AI workflow orchestration.

- Exposure to marketing automation, CRM, customer analytics, campaign performance, or MarTech ecosystems is preferred.

- Experience with tools such as Airflow, Kafka, GCP, Docker, and frontend technologies like React is a plus.
