Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with server-side Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, Maven, and open-source Java libraries.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale backend services and microservices.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience with GCP or comparable cloud platforms and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools such as Harness.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and modern software-testing practices.
- Experience with distributed caching technologies such as Redis and messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience participating in large-scale production releases across the full SDLC.
- Familiarity with MCPs and AI application development is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Additional Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services, microservices, and RESTful APIs using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, RxJava, JPA, and Hibernate.
- Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions, applying established design patterns and microservices best practices.
- Develop API-first solutions using OpenAPI/Swagger and work with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
