Experience in several of the following areas is preferred:

• Programming or scripting using languages such as Python, Go, Java, Bash, or similar
• Linux or Unix systems and network fundamentals
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration
• CI/CD and software-delivery automation
• Infrastructure as code and configuration management
• Observability platforms and OpenTelemetry-based instrumentation
• Distributed systems, APIs, messaging, and streaming technologies
• Performance testing, capacity modeling, and workload analysis
• Automated remediation and AI-assisted operational capabilities

Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Advanced technical, business, or leadership education is beneficial but not required. Relevant industry certifications in cloud, reliability engineering, cybersecurity, risk management, or IT service management are beneficial.
