Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, plus relevant industry experience in software engineering and cloud systems. Strong hands-on software engineering experience building and operating distributed services in cloud environments. Working knowledge of observability concepts and tools (logging, metrics, tracing) and how they support operational excellence. Experience with cloud providers (AWS and/or Azure), including identity/access controls, integration patterns, and automation. AWS experience is a plus. Experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads; familiarity with managed Kubernetes services is beneficial. Experience with infrastructure automation and CI/CD tooling (e.g., Terraform/CloudFormation, pipelines, delivery automation). Proficiency in one or more languages such as Java or C# (or similar).
Preferred qualifications
AWS cloud experience (preferred). Experience with Splunk monitoring/logging (or comparable platforms). Experience supporting cloud-based developer tooling and standardized SDLC platforms. Familiarity with multi-region considerations (resiliency, DR, locality, data residency) for platform services.
