Title and Summary Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Software Design & Development

o Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure designs o Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern engineering practices

  • Architecture Support

o Contribute to system architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with scalability, performance, and security standards o Apply established architectural patterns and design principles

  • Quality Engineering

o Design and execute unit, functional, and integration tests o Ensure high test coverage and reliability across services and applications o Drive defect prevention through early testing practices

  • Performance Engineering

o Analyze and optimize application performance under varying workloads o Conduct performance testing, tuning, and monitoring to meet SLAs

  • Secure Coding & Compliance

o Follow secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities o Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and guidelines

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of:

o Software Design & Development principles o Data Structures and efficient data handling o Testing strategies: Unit, Functional, and Integration o Performance engineering and optimization techniques o Secure coding practices

  • Hands-on experience in:

o Code reviews and quality improvement practices o Troubleshooting distributed systems and applications o Building reliable and operable software systems
