Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale Java applications and microservices.
- Drive architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Ensure engineering best practices, coding standards, security, and performance optimization.
- Review system designs, code quality, and production readiness.
- Champion modernization initiatives and cloud-native development.
People Management
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers and technical leads.
- Conduct performance reviews, career development discussions, and coaching sessions.
- Support hiring, onboarding, succession planning, and talent development.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance engineering culture.
Delivery & Execution
- Own end-to-end delivery of projects and releases.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure predictable sprint execution.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ensure operational excellence, reliability, and supportability of applications.
