Groww is hiring an AI Video Editor in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Use AI video generation tools like Sora, Runway, Kling, Higgsfield or similar platforms to bring creative briefs to life, from initial concept through to final delivery.

• Edit and sequence generated footage into cohesive, well-paced videos that tell a clear story and keep viewers engaged.

• Maintain character, visual style, and overall consistency across multi-scene productions so every frame feels part of the same world.

• Work closely with the creative team to understand briefs deeply and translate written ideas into the right visual execution.

• Iterate quickly on feedback, try new directions and make revisions without losing sight of the quality bar.

• Stay on top of what's happening in the AI video space and bring new tools and techniques back to the team.

Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating AI-generated video work - not just generation, but editing and storytelling.

• Strong understanding of shot composition, pacing, and film grammar.

• Proven ability to maintain character consistency across AI-generated frames.

• Experience with video editing software and comfortable working with ambiguous briefs and translating them into visual ideas.

• Fast turnaround capability without compromising on quality.
