Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience writing professional production code and tests for large-scale systems.
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack technologies (Java/Spring Boot backend plus React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Use AI-assisted development tools effectively across the full Agile SDLC—from requirements and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Can implement efficient database design, query performance, and schema migrations in a relational database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent).
- Have experience with CI/CD tooling for build, test, artifact publishing, and deployment (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent).
- Have working knowledge of deployment and release tooling such as Argo CD (GitOps), Ansible (VM-based deployment), and Harness (or equivalent platforms).
- Have experience deploying and operating services on Kubernetes and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Write unit tests and end-to-end tests as a standard part of delivery—not an afterthought.
- Demonstrate a sense of ownership throughout the entire development process, from conception to production release, by effectively influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic and product-oriented approach with a desire to understand users and platform consumers.
- Outstanding communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with AI-native DevOps, MCP servers, or AI agent development.
- Experience building or contributing to CI/CD platforms, release automation, or internal developer platforms.
- Experience with GitHub Actions and Argo CD together in a production GitOps environment.
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault or equivalent secrets management.
- Experience with Helm or Kustomize for Kubernetes deployments.
- Experience with VM-based deployment patterns (e.g., Ansible, SSH-based automation).
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Redis).
- Experience integrating with ITSM or change-management systems (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or equivalent).
- Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive release environments.
