Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications and services

• Learn and work with new programming languages, frameworks, tools, and platforms as required

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across different systems

• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance activities

• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency

• Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within agreed timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms

• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or Go

• Familiarity with databases, APIs, and version control systems (e.g., Git)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly

Preferred qualifications

• Exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps tools, or modern development frameworks

• Experience with Agile development methodologies

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, or automation tools

• Personal, academic, or open-source projects showcasing learning agility
